THRUSTIERE® was born from a simple but powerful idea: to elevate manual therapy through global education, clinical excellence, and a new standard of hands-on practice.
What started as a personal journey rooted in physiotherapy and manual therapy has grown into an international learning platform and professional network, connecting educators, clinicians, and students across continents. Today, THRUSTIERE represents a continuously expanding community dedicated to advancing physical medicine through precision, movement science, and high-level clinical skills.
Based in Montenegro, THRUSTIERE is actively developing across Europe, Asia, and Africa, with a growing presence through international courses, workshops, and educational programs focused on HVTT/HVLA techniques, Structural Osteopathy, rehabilitation, and advanced manual therapy.
Our team brings together professionals with diverse academic and clinical backgrounds—from Physiotherapy and Osteopathy to kinesiology and health sciences. Among them are international lecturers and specialists in pediatric osteopathy, pregnancy care, musculoskeletal therapy, and functional movement, contributing to both the educational and clinical dimensions of the platform.

Adnan Kojić
Adnan Kojić is the founder and lead educator of THRUSTIERE®, a global platform dedicated to advancing manual therapy education. His professional journey spans physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic techniques, sports medicine, acupuncture, visceral manipulation, and numerous specialized manual therapy disciplines. With this multidisciplinary foundation, he has developed a patient-centered approach that integrates structural, neurological, and soft-tissue methods into a unified therapeutic system. Since 2021, he has been teaching High Velocity Low Amplitude (HVLA) techniques internationally, training over 1,000 healthcare professionals across more than 20 countries. His teaching emphasizes biomechanical precision, safety, evidence-informed practice, and confidence-building through hands-on mastery. As a global educator, he collaborates with physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and sports medicine specialists to elevate standards in manual therapy. Based in Montenegro, he continues to expand THRUSTIERE’s presence across Europe, Asia, and Africa, creating a growing community of passionate learners. He is committed to supporting practitioners’ professional growth and promoting high-level clinical skills worldwide. His work bridges education and practice, inspiring the next generation of manual therapists. Massimiliano Mancini
Hello, I am Dr. MASSIMILIANO MANCINI
OSTEOPATH DO, MSc, BSc (UK)
I am an osteopath from MILAN (ITA) and I specialize in Cranio-Cervical-Mandibular disorders and Headaches. In addition to this, I teach Vertebral Osteopathy and Chiropractic Techniques. My career began with an MSc in Sports Science, after which I obtained my D.O. from a French school (C.E.R.D.O.) and finally my BSc in Wales (UK). I immediately began treating people suffering from spinal pain and headaches.
Over the years, I noticed that more and more people were beginning to suffer from BRUXISM and jaw pain, prompting me to investigate the relationship between this joint (TMJ) and headaches. Since 2009, I have been teaching Vertebral Osteopathy for many educational institutions in Italy, Europe, and the Middle East. Since 2013, I have been involved in hospital training in CHINA, and in 2015, I created the first TWO-YEAR school of Manual Therapy within the Lianyungang Longevity Hospital in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, China. Since 2020, I have been Team Leader of the Osteopathy sector at the “SHANGHAI PROJECT OLYMPIC GAMES” based in Shanghai, China.
I am also a lecturer in various first-level master's degrees in the orofacial field.
